We are upgrading our travelators to enhance your shopping experience
The travelator upgrade will commence from Tuesday 20 August and the travelators will be closed while we undertake this work.
The rooftop and basement car park will remain open, with access to the shops via external stairs only.

Parking Information
Best Parking for Grocery Shops
Ground floor car parks
Woolworths and Aldi:
Eastern Carpark, off Erindale Road
Coles:
Western carpark, off Dorchester Av.
Coles and Aldi:
Southside Carpark, off Beach Road.
Car parking limit is 90 minutes.
Best parking for Light Shopping and Services
Rooftop parking and basement parking. No access via travelators.
Access to shops via stairs only (no trolley access).
Please note rooftop and basement car parks will have a 4 hour parking limit.
Rooftop Car Park
The Rooftop car park entry will be closed from Tuesday 20 August.
Access to shops will be available via stairs only (no trolley access) and shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus will be operating every 15 minutes from 11.30am - 3.30pm daily.
Shuttle Bus Pick Up Points
The shuttle bus will use the following pick up/drop off points:
- Rooftop car park near external stairs
- Entry near brown entry point and taxi collection point
Please follow the directional signage
Basement Car Park
Basement car park entry will be closed from Tuesday 20 August, access to shops will be available via stairs only (no trolley access).
Please note rooftop and basement car parks will have a 4 hour parking limit.
Need help with your shopping bags?
Staff will be located near the Brown entry and the Blue entry to assist.
Monday - Friday 11.30am - 3.30pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm
Sunday 11.30am - 4pm
Please note, there is a maximum of 2 bags per staff member.

Where can I enter with a trolley?
All ground level entrances:
- Green entry
- Brown entry
- Yellow entry
- Blue entry
Please note, during the travelator uprade works there is no trolley access at the rooftop or basement car parks (stair access only)
How do I get to the shops if I park in the basement car park?
Access during the upgrades will be via stairs only (no trolley access).
Please use the direction signage in the basement car park.

Where is the shuttle bus located?
The shuttle bus will assist shoppers from the rooftop car park to the ground floor entry.
Rooftop Pick Up Point:
The shuttle bus collection point on the rooftop will be located near the stairs on the rooftop, please follow the directional signage.
Brown Entry Pick Up Point:
Brown shuttle bus collection point will be located outside EB games and Seams Clothing Alterations, near the taxi collection point.
Green Entry Pick Up Point:
Green shuttle bus will be located near Woolworths direct to boot collection point.
